Rewards
Class Charts Ratio
At Fareham Academy we use Class Charts as your system for recording both positive and negative behaviour. Below are the ratios for student behaviour, we expect every student to achieve a ratio 75% or above.
Daily Positive Rewards
These are issued by teachers, Heads of Department, Heads of Year and Senior Leaders:
Half-termly Rewards
These rewards are presented to students in assembly at the end of each half term based on Class Charts data:
Termly Reward Trips
These rewards are a recognition by Senior Leaders for those students who have achieved a Class Charts ratio of 75% or more, have good attendance and come to school each day prepared to learn.
